All orders are packed and shipped from Arkansas. Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Care
Spot clean as needed. Wash sparingly to preserve the canvas and hand-applied finish. Air dry. Do not bleach or dry clean.
Over time, your bag will soften and develop its own character and patina.
Handmade
Each piece is airbrushed and sewn in studio. Slight variations in color, pattern placement, and finish are part of the process and make each piece unique.

Returns & Exchanges
I hope you love your Taylor Parsons piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Please contact before sending a return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
I am happy to offer exchanges on unused items, subject to availability. If the item you'd like is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a defect in the workmanship, please contact within 7 days of delivery. I'll work with you to make it right, including covering return shipping when appropriate.
Custom Work
Custom and commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
